Batting first Garby u11s notched up a hefty 160 runs off 16 overs with no wickets lost. Batsmen have to retire at 30 runs so the scoresheet read as follows: Elliot Harte 32 (retired), Jack Whitlam 34 (retired), James Davey 22* and Daniel Worby 26* with extras making up the difference. In reply, Ellingham were 43 for 5 off their 16 overs – so a big win for Garboldisham by 117 runs. The Ellingham wickets were shared between Ethan Murphy, Beth Champion, Ronnie Stevenson and Daniel Worby with a run-out from Ronnie Stevenson as well. Well done to the u11s!
